📦 How It Works With Our Manual Delivery System

1️⃣ Customer Places an Order

A shopper buys a personalized planner on Digitme-World.com — choosing options such as name, theme, start month, pages, quotes, images, etc.

At checkout, they do not receive an automatic digital download.

2️⃣ Store Receives the Order

The merchant sees the new order in their Digitally App dashboard.

Instead of triggering an automated download, the merchant begins drafting the custom planner file manually — either in design software like Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, etc.

3️⃣ Merchant Uploads the Completed File

Once the custom planner is complete:

✅ Merchant uploads the finished digital file (PDF, PNG, or other format) into the Digitally App

✅ They assign it specifically to that order

This file then becomes available for delivery to the customer through the Digitally App system.

4️⃣ Customer Gets Their Custom File

The customer receives a delivery notification from Digitally App and can download their personalized planner instantly.
